Templater

  • This role involves using a mix of old-school methods and modern technology for measuring job areas. The approach is determined by the intricacy and customization of the job, and it’s the templater’s responsibility to make the call. For areas that require complex detail, we believe a lauan template, that’s hand scribed to the exact dimensions needed, is our best course of action, while less detailed and more standard spaces are worthy of our laser templating process. Both skills are necessary and utilized, which makes each day, and every template that you produce, unique.

    • Previous templating experience in the natural/engineered stone industry is preferred

    • Previous carpentry experience

    • Ability to travel out-of-town as needed

    • Possesses a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

    • A professional demeanor when interacting with customers

  • When you template for us, you become a key part in every job that we fabricate. You’ll spend a majority of your time on the road engaging with our customer base as you work to craft the perfect templates for the areas at hand. Every detail you capture will be the guiding force for the rest of the team to follow. And since every job that we engage with is unique, you’ll never have a day that’s identical to one in the past.

Fabricatior

  • From saw cutting to CNC operation and hand polishing, there are many roles that go into the production process of a natural/engineered stone product, including ones that aren’t as prevalent within the industry today, like bed polishing, rodding, splash milling, and quality control. When you work with us, you’ll learn from some of the best in the industry, leaving you with skills that will last a lifetime.

  • While previous fabrication experience within the natural/engineered stone industry is preferred, it’s never required. In fact, we often look for candidates that have previous experience within other industries such as auto body mechanics, glass cutting and welding as these roles develop skills that can often be easily transferred over into our line of work.

    Additional requirements include:

    • The ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Good communication skills with other team members

    • Great stress tolerance

    • Possesses strong initiative and reliability

    • Ability to work individually and within a team

  • Since most of the fabrication roles involve high-tech machinery and equipment, you’ll find yourself focusing on your unique role for most of the day, mainly due to our safety requirements that involve proper hearing protection. Despite this individualistic setting, there are several times throughout the day where teamwork is also practiced as each role is dependent on that of another. Regardless of which one it is, at the end of each day, you’ll find yourself leaving with pride, knowing the role you played in helping to bring someone’s new kitchen or bathroom to life.

Installer

  • Interested in being the face of our finished product? Then this role might be a great fit for you. Our installation crew is involved in providing high-quality, detailed installation of countertops and other stone-related applications in both residential and commercial settings.

  • Heavy lifting is a strong requirement of the role, along with having the willingness/ability to learn additional tasks such as on-site polishing, setting, cutting, measuring and repairs. Previous experience is always preferred, but never required. If you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to teach you. Some overnight travel is expected, and daily hours can fluctuate depending on the nature of the jobs being installed within any given day.

  • The job setting changes every day as you tour the state and revamp homes with new materials. You’ll get to engage with our clientele, along with getting the first glimpse of what the final installation unveils.

Office Staff

  • Every role within the office has it’s own characteristics, but they all have one thing in common - each one, no matter if you’re in sales or finance, plays a role in bringing beautiful natural and engineered surfaces to life. If you’re interested in the industry, but don’t actually want to play a role in fabricating, then one of our office roles may be the perfect fit for you!

    • Exceptional team player

    • Knowledge of computers and relevant software

    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

    • Great attention to detail

    • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

    • Should be honest, respectful and trustworthy

    • Possesses strong initiative and reliability

  • You can almost guarantee that you’ll learn something new every day when working in the office environment. While some tasks and processes may be consistent day over day, the natural/engineered stone industry can bring on a lot of complexity when working with the types of customized jobs that we do. So, if you have an open and creative mindset, send us a note. We’d love to learn more about you!
